LODGING AND LOCATION
We are a recreation oriented and family owned resort located just north of Crystal Falls, Michigan. With about a 1/4 mile of frontage on the Paint River and an expansive wilderness at our doorstop the recreation, sport, and relaxation activities are limitless all year round. World class trout fishing, white water rafting, a lazy river float with a cooler in tow, hiking, skiing, wildlife viewing, and hunting are seconds away. The following are only a short drive away and make for great day trips:
- Many waterfalls including the Sturgeon Falls located in the scenic Sturgeon River Groge
- Ski Brule is just a 30 minute drive
- Unique wilderness experiences with rare wildlife viewing opportunities (wolf, moose, river otters, etc.)
- Lake Superior with relaxing sand beaches is a one hour drive to the north
- World class trout streams are nearby – ask us about guides
- For hiking enthusiasts the North Country trail is just 45 minutes north
We are located 3 miles north of Crystal Falls, MI on the east side of US-141. We have 9 cabins available for rent, our smallest stand alone accommodates 4 people up to our largest triplex that can accommodate parties of up to 24 under the same roof. Each cabin has a private deck overlooking the Paint River.
